UAE better with regulation as it becomes growing hub for advisers

Jones said the CII were eager for as many firms as possible to sign up to the initiative to show they are going “above and beyond” for their staff and clients as well as working to UK standards.

She said: “It is a voluntary role but it consists of our CII members who go out into the market and spread the word about the CII to build trust and support within the region.

"We also have networking groups and societies so that our members across all regions can communicate and collaborate with each other.”

Jones hoped to be able to expand the CII’s operation in the Middle East and wants firms to continue coming to the organisation for help.

“We’re doing everything we can to integrate ourselves into all the different countries in the region so that we can be easily accessible and useful for firms wanting to better themselves and their employees,” she added.
